In the draw-plating industry, shot blasting is used for descaling, mechanical pickling of bars and wire rods or bundles (off line), or of wire, extrusions and bars (in line). Shot blasting allows to eliminate oxides and welding scale to obtain bare and completely clean metal, ready to be extruded.
Coiled wire productions are carried out in intermittent loads, through a revolving door that rotates around its longitudinal axis, equipped with two arms for coils.
