Shot blasting machines are essential for de-coring foundry cast iron products. Indeed, shot blasting allows to eliminates casting residues to prepare the products for further processing.
The process of residue “elimination” can be carried out by means of three handling types:
- Mmotorised air conveyor with step-by-step or continuous feed, with rubber doors or curtains
- Continuous belt conveyor with rubber sealing curtains
- Metal or rubber feeding belt in intermittent loads
